Honestly I did not enjoy at all. The standard of cleaning would require attention. Stains on carpet, lamp shades and dust all over the room. The bathroom requires new shower head and grout redoing. Some of the staff were very pleasant, where some would need to take a course in hospitality.

It was warm and rustic, the food was excellent.
Could have better signage to get there from Dingle.

Loved the Dingle peninsula. Hotel is new and more "American" than many. Clean; nice breakfast; spacious room with nice bath.

Beds were very comfy, staff were friendly and breakfast was tasty
The room smelt a little musty . The ground floor room was a bit noisey u could here other people in rooms next door. They had a solo guitarust playing in the bar yet they kept the corridor doors open and it was loud

The hotel did not provide a good service. A broken lamp in our room could not be fixed, the main entrance door seemed to be almost falling off. The staff serving breakfast had a poor standard of cleanliness. The lobby was not cleaned well. The hotel location was on a road in the midddle of nowhere with lots of traffic and it was too dangerous to walk. For the service we got the hotel was overpriced.

Location
First room we were given was nt clean. Carpet was grubby, water stains on the ceiling. We were offered another room which was better but not great..

The breakfasts were good. The staff were very friendly and accommodating but there did not seem to be too many staff available. Our room was not ready at the check in time so we had to wait for an hour to settle in.
The rooms and the hotel are very old fashioned and the decor is dull. The location is some distance from Dingle- but we were driving so this was not a huge problem.

The only thing that was good was the food. The bar area was nice.
Where do I start : Reception: was cold, bulbs missing from lights and when u walked into reception there was a patch of wall that needed to be panited. Room: The crapet was very dirty, i wouldnt let my little ones walk around in their bare feet on the carpet. moved one of the beds close to my bed for the little one and under the bed was disgusting. Bathroom: around the bath area was black needed a good clean. Breakfast: went down for breakfast and there was no milk available for the guests!! unbelieveable Needs alot of tender loving care. I would like this information to be passed on to the hotel as I feel that paying 100.00 euro was alot of money for one night.

Unfortunately nothing , except the countryside
Staff were not helpful or friendly hotel was visibly dirty , tired and very sparsely furnished with very uncomfortable furniture . the tv was a joke with only 3 station which due to poor reception you could hardly see. Bathroom was filthy, with absolutely no creature comforts , shower was a joke . overall would never return and certainly would never recommend .

Good location. Good walking options. Pleasant staff.
A bit run down - toilet seat loose; bin lid ditto; decor tired. Not business friendly - lighting inadequate for working; no business centre; no internet accessibility when my laptop broke down. lack of Irish speaking staff in a Gaelteacht location.

hot breakfast was ok
from the pictures that advertised the hotel on booking .com i was not expecting what greeted me . hotel inside is old and in much need of renovation.the curtains will be one thing i will never forget the shocking colour .had to request more towels on arrival 2 towels for a family room.i was lead to believe i booked hotel in dingle not 15-20 mins car drive.reception was not manned in the evening time so one from the bar had to keep going in and out. but what really took the biscuit for me was when i asked the young bar staff for peach snapps and pineapple ,firstly did not know what pineapple was and then offered me bottle of cidona as a mixture. basic breakfast, few cereals and few bits of fruit maybe a suggestion for hotel staff is to cut up fruit into big bowl, with selection of yougarts beside would be vast inprovement and look more professional .over all hotel was overpriced. like hostel rather than hotel i think

Room small & musty. Not enough towels left out for family. Hairdryer & telephone not working. Reception not manned in evening and had to get bar staff to reception if needed. No facilities for children and was not close to dingle which was the criteria I entered when I booked. In general I think the hotel is more of a hostel type accomodation and I was very disappointed. It would make me wary of booking online again. Was overpriced compared to other accomodation I used.

That they gave us a break on the price as a consolation of having to compete with a party that took us by surprise in the hotel. all was well that ends well.
They seemed pretty short staffed at the front desk in the evening. I was expecting a quiet nite in the country and was surprised by a teen party that filled the hotel with loud music. I am glad they had fun - but I was expecting something else.
